We created a simple parent brand identity for a construction company and more detailed sub-brand for their first development project.
Constructing carefully designed and executed, sustainable homes
The parent brand identity was created based on the idea of simplicity and functionality as well as the combination of traditional and contemporary elements. Just like the buildings Kestävät Kodit constructs.
The challenge was, that the entirety of the parent brand and several sub-brands should work together as a whole, but each development should also stand out as an individual. This was achieved by defining a similar minimal approach for all the main visuals and the sub-brands are enriched by their own individual colour schemes and patterns inspired by the development’s architecture. We also wanted to address some warmth and enhance the architect-led approach by presenting the people behind the company and including hand drawn elements to the graphics.
Fresh and simple identity for fresh and simple ideas
In addition to the brand identity design and brand photography, we implemented the designs to websites for both Kestävät Kodit and Helsingin Muurarimestari, as well as a brochure for the marketing of the new apartments to be built.
