A Premium Rental Living Experience in Postipuisto
Aesthetics With Everyday Durability
A Unified Vision Across Spaces
Our design scope covered the full spectrum of the building interiors: apartments, shared spaces, corridors, and wayfinding elements. The original concept, first developed for Premico’s PRF III portfolio, was once again refined and evolved for this project. Based on insights gained from earlier developments from the same portfolio, we further improved its adaptability and real-life feasibility by strengthening both the design logic and the lived experience. As always, we worked closely with the developer and construction partners to ensure the final result remained true to the concept while meeting the practical demands of construction and everyday use.
Materials, Mood, and Function
The selected materials strike a careful balance between visual refinement and everyday practicality. Soft, neutral tones, tactile surfaces, and subtle contrast define the atmosphere. In addition to material and mood choices, apartment layouts and fixed furniture solutions were reviewed and adjusted with functionality in mind, ensuring they respond to the size of each unit, everyday routines, and the flow of natural light through the spaces.
From the corridors and lobby, all the way to the apartments and shared spaces, interior choices support the building’s coherent identity while responding to its urban surroundings.
Designed to Last — and to Feel Like Home
Signage That Belongs
Wayfinding elements were designed not as an afterthought but as an integral part of the overall spatial experience. The signage concept was developed as a natural extension of our interior design and visual brand identity. By aligning materials, typography, and detailing with the broader spatial atmosphere, the signage integrates seamlessly into the building’s stairwells and shared spaces.
While clarity and legibility were essential, the end result also carries a refined and personal tone, offering both functionality and a sense of belonging. All signage solutions meet the required safety and fire regulations, ensuring they are as practical as they are visually cohesive. The concept was thoughtfully implemented with attention to the specific site, including placement, to ensure it serves its purpose effectively.
Information That Integrates
A Collaborative Process
Postinkulku is more than just a new building; it is a living environment shaped by collaboration, dialogue, and trust. From concept development to final site visits, the process was guided by a shared goal: to create spaces that are not only visually compelling but intuitively functional and emotionally resonant.
