A Community Redefined: Warmth and Functionality
With a focus on timeless design, the project introduces 121 brand-new rental apartments and thoughtfully designed communal spaces that balance functionality with warmth. Situated on a lot that also includes buildings from 1967, 1969, and 2010, the new additions integrate seamlessly into their surroundings.
Soft tones and sustainable living
Earthy Elegance from the Outside In
Inspired by the buildings’ brick façades, the interiors feature a soft, earthy palette and durable materials that feel natural and inviting. Communal spaces—including saunas, a fitness center, a club room, and work areas—are approachable and practical, designed to enhance everyday life while fostering a sense of belonging. The seventh-floor communal areas, with their seamless layout and long balconies, serve as the heart of the design, offering a perfect balance of openness and intimacy.
Special attention was given to the stairwells and corridors, recognizing their vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. As the first space residents step into when returning home, these areas were designed to feel inviting and aligned with the overall concept of warmth and comfort. To complement the interiors, Silvana also designed the building’s signage, creating a visual language that ties together the interior aesthetics and brand identity. The signage integrates seamlessly into the spaces, while enhancing the user experience with clarity and elegance.
